Who is responsible. Codset operates www.codset.com and is responsible for the personal data you send through it. Contact for anything on this page: info@codset.com.

What we collect. Only what you type into the project form: your name, work email, company, company stage, the services you need, your timeline, any team plan you configured and your message. We do not ask for anything else and the site does not track you.

Why we use it. To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a roadmap, a team proposal and a price. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, and steps taken at your request before a contract.

Where it goes. The form emails your brief to info@codset.com and keeps one copy in a log file on our hosting server, outside the public part of the website. The site is hosted by Hostinger. To stop spam, the server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for one hour to count how many briefs it has received from your connection.

How long we keep it. For as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any project that follows from it, then we delete it.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@codset.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
