Family offices and investment firms · 90-day pilot

Family office digital twin: read every footnote before you sign.

One private model of the family's entities, accounts, mandate, tax residencies and past deals. It reads every data room, email and statement together, flags what matters and cites the page. Codset builds it end to end, in your cloud, on your servers or air-gapped.

Questions families ask

Does the family's data leave our perimeter?

No. The twin runs in your own Azure, AWS or Google Cloud tenant, on your own servers or fully air-gapped with local models. Connectors are read-only, and nothing is sent, signed or paid without a person.

Does it replace our lawyers, tax advisers and bankers?

No. Your advisers negotiate and sign off. The twin reads every page together, against the family's entities, mandate and tax residencies, so they start from the red flags and the questions to ask, each cited to its page.

How do we know the answers are right?

Every flag and every answer cites the document, the page and the clause it relies on. In the pilot we test the twin on a deal you have already closed, so your team can check it against what it already knows.

Which sources can it read?

Email, data rooms, the document store, bank and custodian statements, fund administrator reports, the accounting system and spreadsheets. PDFs, scans and spreadsheets in several languages. Exports work where an interface is not available.

Who sees what?

Single sign-on, roles for each family member, executive and adviser, and an audit log of every view, question, flag and decision.

Who supports it after the pilot?

A named delivery lead from the team that built it, with optional on-call support. Models, connectors and security patches are updated on an agreed schedule, and the code and IP built for you are yours.

How soon is it useful?

The twin is usable from week six of a 90-day pilot. In weeks seven to twelve your team runs a live deal and the monthly reporting through it.
